Company is HR are always give low salary at the time of joining but they always try to give low pay does not look at condidates skills experience They are ready to hire management trainee give them highest salary without experience and also ready to give 6 month's training. Good work life balance until new management took over.

Dislikes

Top management gets deputed from SBI Bank, they always compare their compensation with employees. They started firing culture and fired lots of employees. So, no job security, no one talks about learning about new things. In Covid we were asked to come to office because Bank employees were coming to branch. Extremely strict on timings.
