They begin development before finalizing the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and frequently change the requirements mid-way through the project. There's also no structured review or pointer system in place. Even basic autonomy is lacking—Developers don't have the freedom to name classes themselves and must seek approval from so-called leads. These leads often provide nonsensical names, and when questioned, they defend their choices with illogical justifications.
