Teammates are good. Job is somewhat secured. Salary package is normal. Work environment in medium. Innovation is negligible. Work life balance is OK.

No training provided during my tenure. Career growth is very slow. No well defined appraisal process. Local politics involved due to late cane price payment. Learning is only by self.
