The last thing a company should do is take from their own employees and they did that. They took money from their employees for their own mistakes. Being an IT company they did not even know about a bug they had in their breaks system and deducted money from the employees saying we did not inform the company about it. It is shameful that this company does not trust their own employees and expects the same trust and honesty from the employees. Unfair and fraudulent.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
