This company is not good to work. Specially If you have less than 4-5 years experience.

Dislikes

Work life balance, salary, holidays, and other perks and benefits are not there. Before hiring they said working hours will be 9 AM- 9 PM, and monday to friday. But in actual the working hours was 9 AM - 9 PM from Monday to Saturday. Apart from that there in no any holiday even though I worked there on all holidays expect independent day and republic day. Work life was too hectic. They can also fired you anytime without any notice period and there is no any meaning of joining letter aggreement of notice period.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
