Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Run if you are asked to work under digital marketing team headed by the lady family member of the owner at CG road office. You will curse the day you get the job. She asked you to tale CUMPLSORY CASUAL LEAVE on the day of janmashtami. And there is 1 year of probation.

I am working since 7 years. This year Not any normal (yearly) increment given to me including 8 other engineers & chemist. We asked him Reason, but they refused to give answers. Company not following got. Rule. What we do????
