1. No work-life balance 2. It is 24x7 job 12 to 14 hours in the hotel after that, you need to be available over the phone call for the guests and for hotel staff. 3. According to Working hours and work salaries are very less. 4. No fixed week offs. 5. Sometimes no week off.

...n Early check ins Sales people promise Early check and front desk has to suffer. Insists on working with less staffs for cost cutting. HR promises an amount before joining but after joining the amount is very less. I could add millions of points

...if you are working in any of managed property than any time your job non secure.As in pendemic time they start pay cut as well as laid off staff.later 06 months they asked to leave as they want to shift there one of old Executive Housekeeper there in palce of me.
