...k pressure with less manpower. Teammates are supportive and management is worst. The cafeteria is poor and appraisal is not fair and no salary hike but basic bonus is given every year

Very poor work culture. .. Favouritism is every where in the office Poor appraisal Toxic work culture in silvassa. No on job training Only safe game is being played by each team leader. Think before you join
