THERE IS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT MENTIONED ORGANISATION.

Dislikes

Worst level of Management. Worst level of work culture. No job security at all. Any mistake cost will be deducted from employee salary. One of the worst organisation, never join this organisation if get a chance. Maternity leave approves 4 month only which against government law. No Management hierarchy. Organisation interested to work Manual process only, no System development. CARRIER SPOIL ORGANISATION.

This is worst company. Management is weird and enjoys firing people. If there is scope of negative marking then I would like to give infinite negative points. It is better to be jobless than to work in Savino Del Bene India.

I have joined this company as a fresher, but with in 6 months i gain so much knowledgeI. Work pressure is so high.

Lack to systematic approach in work, poor IT system, Poor management, no career growth.

About Job security unless you quit they won't debarred. To grow up on your own or else you will do monotonous job. Does not get a personal space due to high work pressure. It's up to on ourselves how we manage it. But overall is good.

As said, no space for personal life is the only thing which can irritates .
