...at you are bound to get trapped in some of their schemes without you knowing it. Here you will need to pay them money to get in and also pay money to get out of the organization and ofcourse now they have stopped giving complete salary aswell. Overall in terms of learning (that too by your own) you will get a lot at the cost of sacrificing literally everything(even money and health).

Savic Is not an IT company now days. They are taking money from new people and make the salary of old employees. They don't have a money and projects. They are taking money by making fake promise of making Full time employee after 6 months.... But in real people are waiting from 14-16 months.

Dislikes

Taking a money from a freshers is not ethically right but they are doing a fraud by taking a money and not giving any Upportunity to work in a project. There is partial payment system in company they pay you in 2-3 instalments without giving any prior notice. After surviving in that negative company and decid to leave ... Then they are asking 100000 for your training certification and all other documents. Please never join these froud people do a call center job that would be better than savic.

Worst company ever. Salary payments are pending every month. They always hold last two or three months salary. My last two months salary has not been paid, and they are also holding my certificates.

...ompany was lagging behind in many aspects. Further its economic status was poor. Salary payment to the employee was highly irregular and settlement for the ex-employee was unduly delayed .
