The working culture is very professional yet friendly and the company really thinks about their employees and their well-being. People are supportive and you can always rely on company when it comes to employee wellfare. Seniors don't let you feel like they are superior. You get notified for every single thing which makes you feel a part of the organization. Employee get a family like treatment in the tough times like this COVID-19 pendamic.

Dislikes

Field force employees get very little opportunities to grow and pay scale is also lesser than the in house employees who also get way more opportunities than the field force. Pay scale can be better.

It feels good to do a work with our team, it is good about salary, working environment is also very good,,,, and i got learn a lot of things about our work, like about our team work, system knowledge, patience, self confidence,,,,,,,

In here there was a lot of pressure, and no job security, career growth is no well, no innovative things held in here, life is little difficult to balance in here......

Company HR policies very good but branch level no adhear policy HR department only for name they handling by Branch managers

Only making good policies not employer work also execute on ground level company founders not aware but going on ground level so they should no there company ground reality for better culture

Most likely the culture and team mates. Benefit that company provided.

Internal politics. No Additional training activities for employee growth. Work timings are very bad. Managers left on time and employees work like donkey's. No work life balance.
