...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is not a single thing to like about the company. Only job security is there

Very low salary for engineers, plant is allocated on the basis of cast , telent is secondary thing in the company, worst senior staff ever, they are helpful towards the person who follows him blindly. In short telent waste in the company

It is a good company for freshers coming here for learning of practical aspects of engineering. But staying for long time in saurastra chemicals obsolete you from developing world and restrict you growth. So GETs are requested to learn as much as possible and fly away.

Salary and accommodation in saurastra chemicals company is very poor. Also lack of very basic amenities like drinking water, home, external activities, etc...

Saurastra chemical is a very hidh chemical industry and I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality and quantity products.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is low. Some time, I have to work 16-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
