My experience in SES like wrost 1- very minimum salary 7000/m 2-director and his son act like, we engineers are labour 3-every time torchering about site expense 4-they provide only 225 rs per day for food whenever engineer is on site 5-this company making all fake audit reports

Dislikes

6- no one happy with life at ses 7-There is a lot of policies Salary is low and career growth is slow 8- on the job training is not given to new joiners 9- u never got ur salary in a fixed date ,some time they give salary after 2 months and always give less payment out of full payment 10- ses never trust on thir engineers 11- whenever ur on site u have to work 13 to 14 hours and still u can't expect for over time . 14- this people take advantage of compulsion ( conditions ) And many more
