Teammates were very co-operative, no training, no job security, no career growth, delayed salary, appraisal depends upon personal contact with PM and not on merits, no travel, full of politics, no scope of learning new innovations, work environment was good, and work-life balance was good.

Dislikes

The first reason was delayed salaries and no appraisal and the hard dedicated work was not appreciated by the management and seniors. No scope of learning new innovations and promotions were given on personal relation basis and not on merit basis.
