Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality.All my colleagues is very nice and we work happily in collaboration.specially i'm always thankful to my sgh group president my manager my team lead.

I dont have any dislike .Always i like all my colleagues and group users .i can work 24/7 for sgh .always i'm available for users issues.
