The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. Company is not delays for salary good company. We can get more experience and we can learn work good environment with saudi media system.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 11 or 12 hrs. Some time over time dedecting. Over time not giving time to time. 3or 4 month pending. Not giving bonus. No increament every year if increament but very percentage 5%

- No increment, No Promotion - Extra responsibility without appreciation - no medical insurance - Difficult to get Exit Reentry Visa in case of emergency - No quick responce in case of emergency - No personal meeting for other branches - No fixed management rules and policies etc.

Only One thing was positive and that was Dean of the college who was very supportive and cooperative but overall experience is very bad...

End of service calculations are not proper randomly calculated... I didn’t receive remaining amount from my end of service benefits yet almost two years now
