Salary received on Time. site work management is very poor. Not value of contract of working days company give immediately duty off and give options exit ye kafala. Not notice Period, leave salary bonus not give on time after exit. Working duty is good but not working all as per interview selections. Over All good.

Work without any pressure, and the way of getting the work done is good. All work is done according to the system.

It takes time to solve one's own issues. Whose salary is pending. No satisfactory answer is received from the accounts department, when will it come and why is it pending. If the PC breaks down, when will it be repaired?

There is a lot of policy's, salary is decent but there is a bond of 2 years on the job training is given to new joiner

I enjoyed work experience in Saudi Bin Ladin Group. Amazing culture, Supporting teams. Teammates that support the SBG. Iam fortunate to have taken opportunity and be part of this amazing culture.And the SBG company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes. I have to work14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Made me work free for six month, salary defaulter in my case they never paid me a single penny even after my visa has expired i had to return to india penniless. Not a suitable workplace very bad company.
