Salary received on Time. site work management is very poor. Not value of contract of working days company give immediately duty off and give options exit ye kafala. Not notice Period, leave salary bonus not give on time after exit. Working duty is good but not working all as per interview selections. Over All good.

It takes time to solve one's own issues. Whose salary is pending. No satisfactory answer is received from the accounts department, when will it come and why is it pending. If the PC breaks down, when will it be repaired?

Only my manager who had his own self discipline like me though he was greedy

Dislikes

Unethical practices in all levels. 95% of employees expect salary without a single minute of their contribution to the company. Lethargic. They work on philosophy of "Everything will happen tomorrow if God willing" but the tomorrow never comes. Best assylum for middle East refugees till their death. Many old guys join only for medical insurance and resident permits.

Its like semi government company,have more advanced equipment which other companies doesn't have good environment of working and many more benefits.and this company have more long term projects.

Iam fortunate to have taken opportunity and be part of this amazing culture.And the SBG company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes. I have to work14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
