...y's growth. ( One day off for expatriates and Two days off for Saudi Nationals. Any bonus or rewards are only for Saudis, expatriates are not even given chance to attend any test for promotion, though they are potential candidate.)

All staff and supriars very support to each other.. Salary much better.I have to work 9+3 hours straight in a day oprational and official both very smoothly. Team work done very wel.

The environment is cozy and comfortable. Opportunities to learn and grow is so overwhelming, yet i feel more chances could be provided for well-deserving workers who work locally rather than going overseas to recruit manpower.

Dislikes

Salary could me little improved to match industry standards and more opportunities be provided for those working through third-party contract companies.
