That good name of my job and I love the fast food work, and I have a five year experience, cashier and waiter & one year all rounder in Dubai Popeyes restaurant totally 6 yes experience in rESTAURANT field.

Basically before it was a good environment but with time the place became toxic and unbearable

Work ethics are avarage Favoritism is inevitable No growth for most workers No system of administration No incentives and perks for workers Alot of nepotism Poor Accomodation standards and services
