less than 4 months after joined the epidemic broke out also SBG laid off me without any kind of compensation. more than 100 new staffs were like me were laid off . a total number of 1000 staffs were laid off . i left my job were in India and went to work for ThIs company .

Company policy are good, Team meats are good and supportive and HR polices are a good and transparent.

...or your good work, no training nuthing. Last 10years no increment and bonus. Salary part average as compared to the market.

No growth at all, no bonus and increments. No overtime for working extra hours regularly required by the company. Too much bias based on brown-nosing. Nationals do no work compared to expats and still expats are being scrubbed off as pathetically as possible. Every time u ask management for growth, they answer rudely to leave and go.

And it’s really true that the SBG provide world class facility to their staffs. We can visit our home at any time without any trouble by company. Muscat wonderful place to live in with family, quiet and secure

No growth related to money or promotion. You can stuck in same salary and designation many years.
