As per my experiences working there that the company not provide me offer letter, appointment letter and salary break at the time of joining. The company given me wrong commitment regarding salary. The company working timing 9 to 7 and not provide any paid leave, holidays and sick leaves. Totally unbalanced with family.

...ete, Overtime system is poor, no Overtime if you stay after shift for 2 hours, Sometimes salary is always getting after half month complete, No paid holiday, No weekly off All days are paid, compulsory 12 hours duty

Satyendra works in Women's Group at Packaging. And there are good arrangements for workers. And the company provides all the facilities. From the workers working in the company to the HR manager and even the boss of the company, everyone's behavior is very good.

Dislikes

I was fired from there.There are some people in the company who take care of what is going on in the personal life of others and then use manipulation and remove them from the job.
