In Salary structure & the package agreed includes the group insurance cost , which in general will be provided as a benefit. As a fair practice need to be disclosed before coming to a number agreement.

...or revision if you joined as trainee. Indian based company.No culture as MNC.. They wouldn't pay you single penny other than salary.(no allowance). Location con train also there

...from 4 years neither got any skill development doing the same thing from day 1 .It's really terrible and working for a freshers salary. Not able to crack interview outside because lack of experience . Doing the same thing from 4 years and it's so terrible to work here basically my career will be done here ,once they loose their customer it the end for my career . I really repent to join this company as a GET.
