...from 4 years neither got any skill development doing the same thing from day 1 .It's really terrible and working for a freshers salary. Not able to crack interview outside because lack of experience . Doing the same thing from 4 years and it's so terrible to work here basically my career will be done here ,once they loose their customer it the end for my career . I really repent to join this company as a GET.

... balance is good , *Minimum Appraisal they will give , *employee recognition *10% variable pay . Dam sure you will get 10% variable pay for every 3 months , *Trainings will provide .

Job is definitely secure. Ontime salary.

Dislikes

There is no career growth and no salary hikes will be there even after 2 years. Managers will make you to work even on weekends without any allowance and comp-offs.

In Salary structure & the package agreed includes the group insurance cost , which in general will be provided as a benefit. As a fair practice need to be disclosed before coming to a number agreement.
