The owner is very arrogant. They trained their people to talk bad about other companies to their patients. They use abusive words in front of patients while doing the consultation. They hired you for different work and give you different work to do, there is very bad working environment in this lala clinic, they dont know how to work, they don’t want to change, too many micro management, there is no privacy in this clinic, they install cameras with Mics, so they can keep eyes on you every time, too much of dictatorship, no room for creativity. Both the founders are very arrogant. If you’re reading this, please avoid going there.

Arrogant owner, he is like “apun hi bhagwan hai”. Hire and fire policy is the only policy they are working on. Hire employees, hold them for a month or two and then fire them that usually. 14 other employees left this LALA clinic at the same time when I resigned. Follows untouchability, favouritism. A big NO to go there for an interview.
