Work culture is hectic and seniors are very much abusive and non supporting. Work timing are very hectic, no personal life exist. Not a single thing to learn about new skills or techniques specially for field jobs. Sundays also working which disrupts the Labour Laws.

Job security and work satisfaction .Because they layoff all branch executive within 3 months of hiring , no notice period and all. Work satisfaction is low because there is no growth in operation department, because simply sitting in branch if there is no business in branch.

Giving great salary is good but working culture is very bad.. No one work like professional.. Everytime supervisor repeting "MD Sir ka dard tumhe dikh nahi Raha hai" But I was seen supervisor ko khud apni salary se mtlb hai .. na ki MD sir ke dard ki... If I was continue this job... Depression me chala jata...

Sunday working. No holidays. Government holidays also are stopped. Company put a Zero Tolerance for eating Non-veg. Company is interfering into personal space. Only operation department is important others are demolished. 24*7 working.
