No matter how much effort we put into 24/7 support, it often feels like it’s never enough. People always want to be the top priority, sometimes at the expense of our well-being. It’s frustrating when dedication goes unappreciated, but at some point, balancing work and life becomes essential.

Poor management claims they’re focused on quality, but in reality, they run everything on pirated software and unlicensed virtual machines. They preach about standards while cutting corners at every turn.

Dislikes

Employee's only get exploited over there. You don't get enough salary to meet your daily expenses. Freshers get a fixed salary of 13000/month. No fixed working hours, morning 9am-8pm. Office location is too far from Mumbai. They force employees to shift to the nearby location or else resign. And it's only a myth that you'll get something to learn. Employee's and seniors are biased they only give opportunities to those who are sycophant. So I suggest not to join such companies.
