The only satisfaction of the company is salary on 25th of every month.

Dislikes

All production incharge which includes labours are working more then 14hrs a day. The boss of the production is incapable to handle the plant to produce the food. The production manager doesn't do any plan. He will just give 10 recipe of minimum 500kg food each and by end of the day he will ask the productivity. Without off and family time we need to work 15days. If bosses are good then thif company is good or this company is very bad to work due to toxic bosses and work culture.

Please don't join this company. Nothing to be liked about this company. Pathetic work life balance. Management doesn't need talent but just work day and night for them and do all work manually. A cultural shock. During notice period they make your life hell. You are treated as labours. They make you sit at kitchens and portable cabins without amenities like chairs and proper washrooms and on top of it they need female employees. It's better to be jobless than join this organisation.

Everything. Management here is not for managing anything but just blaming others . They manage themselves and not employees.

I have worked with this company and get more learn about the customer service agent at cargo section. Worked as a agent at Dammam King Fahd International Airport. I feel it as new experience and excellent training and allover i got maximum 80%. Would like to get a chance on next time, i really take effort and given more contribution from my side. I wish you and your team success in your current and future.

Company is no. 1 is very very excellent SATS company. All the management are very good & friendly staff's etc.

Dislikes

Some Sri Lankan staff's are not good with team members & jealous with staff's. And playing politics game in company with staff's.

Since it's a startup the learning that one can get from Sats is humonguous.

The office culture is worst. There is no proper professional HR there. Sats office is in outskrit where there is no accommodation facility near by. The nearest is 17kms. The main problem in Sats is, the place is not safe for female employees.
