Good canteen(except food quality) Very workaholic environment(you'll not get any day off) Appreciate to employees (non-value added to your promotion or growth)

Dislikes

No cab facility, canteen food worst quality, office politics at its peak, favorism during promotion not capability/deserving, no appreciation, Higher management's involvement in everything, Work-life balance was zero (day-night, weekends, holidays, festivals, even on company runs on national holidays) No proper ventilation at shop floors Etc etc...

Skill development, Friendly management,games, canteen, staff have good bonding and supportive...

Dislikes

Environment (very smokey), working culture, working timming very bad, management not responding properly...

Maintenance of machine like:- lathe, milling, hydraulic pawor press and service of Hydoulics and pneumatic cylinders, machine and vehicles like:-air suspensions vehicles and hydraulics platform vehicles etc. And worked in company workshop.

Dislikes

Company facilities Not provide me like :- my holiday, my work experience, management behavior and increments.

Nothing. No job security. Today you are in & next day you could be out. No work ethics. Eccentric management. Join only if there is no other option.

Unnecessary Pressure, no personal life. 24/7 you should be ready to die there Absurd demands by middle managers

Salary appraisal is good......till they belive you. There will be good.

There is no job security. Even after working for so many years........the management will not trust the pepole who have worked for them honesty.
