...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9- 10 hours straight in a day as I have to resolve the customer complain late into the night.

The company had stablished before 30years so there are many high qualified and experienced engineers and senior engineers of above ground piping and equipments by this way easily I have got experience in those fields.

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.Manytimes,I have to work 16-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend work in several locations and clients priority jobs but company's seniors has not take the value or respect those junior engineers.

Initially they were only in Mechanical field but now they are also in electricals as well as civil so the exposure they are providing is good.

No fix time for salary. Salary is also very less in comparison to current market. They are in a state of Bankrupt. No stability !! All the staff whether they are in Head Office or at site , all the time everyone is worried about pending salaries.
