Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There is no micro- management done at any level of the organisation. Salaries are always paid on time. As a startup ,and being from HR there was a huge scope of HR policy implementations.

Dislikes

Management seems lenient on bad behaviour of employees as some of these employees, hold key positions in the organisation. Rules were not the same for all.

... otherwise you are not going to learn any thing from the campaign manager side. You will get salary on time ..

There is no job security kind of thing in this company... You will do all the hard work for this company .and one day they will say we cannot keep you in this company because we are not getting any campaign from our partner that also without any notice. if you are ready for this kind of situation then ofcourse you can join.
