I'm working from last 3.9yrs in this company.. not satisfied about compensation and promotion, laps in process, and no restriction about company policy and mostly more politics found over the management in this organisation.

No career growth and promotion also given as per policies and more politics in the management system

Because taraashna service limited is the best company in microfinance sector best salary and incentives plans and more facility in service so I like and enjoy the job.

Only one reason to dislike the job on taraashna service limited this plase are not parmoted our own employees 5 year 6 year regular working but not parmoted in any position in the company.

my view of mfi is good workplace to learn of all field.every day is typical, i learned about mis here,

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night. managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

My salary is lowest not insetive Not time to family & no time to social life everyone not know for me and I am not following this any person

I think team leader, state head, manager, don't have much collection experience, collection is not done only by shouting, well if not from us then why not from them, there is no security for us, customers do not give notice, how will collection be done.
