...re is good but if you're looking for career here not sure that will be worth it. Rest salary on time , no worries about leaves, but promotion and increment are biggest concern, overall Average

No one appreciate you in terms of innovation. They just ask ha tik hai. Rest increment and promotion is bigger concern even your manager said , I did whatever in my hand.

I have been working at Satin creditcare network ltd since 2024 but there is a lot of pressure … sometimes its 10PM by the time I returned to the office from the field… my duty starts 6:30 at 6:30 in the morning and i get of late at night (10 Pm /12 PM ) …

Basically satin is a good working place but some I have to fill badly because of edp & par 1, I just want to. Take some time to close them

It's a good company. The culture is very inclusive and diverse. If you want to work hard show your skills and give regular and useful insights with all your enthusiasm, you will get noticed and praised. On other hand, senior management is keen to take inputs from each level of the organisation. There are some limitations to this industry if you are there on the field but overall HQ experience is great.

Dislikes

The salary is lower compared to other existing market players. Also, the performance of the company heavily depends on the external factors which result in lower raise and pay hike. Regarding adoption of new technologies the company is orthodox which is why skilling up is bit slow paced as the nature of the business doesn't demand for high end technology and innovation.

Salary structure so bad,job security also nothing in this company, you can not say about your job security?

At the time pandemic , company gave one month salary at home ,but it deduct 3000 every month till 6 months, company only see its profit, nothing else about employee and their balancing family life,so high pressure in it working time 6.45 am to till night 10.30/10.55 pm
