The Company laid off quite a few employees and did salary cut of employees for the lockdown tenure describing it as unable to bear expenses.

Dislikes

Compensation is not quite satisfactory as well as the growth opportunity in this Company is too slow. The travel takes up the personal time and night journey to tier-2 and tier-3 cities is tiresome. Working for 14-15 hours in a day also does not suffice the work from manager's side. Warning mails at odd hours like 4 am or 5 am throughout probationary period is too much. No on-the job training provided for freshers. Plus the office politics in the same team makes no stones unturned for not looking for other opportunities. No empathy from Manager and team members makes it a big deal to be working at this Company.

Bad job environment..no job security..no work limit..less salary and more work...satin creditcare network Ltd pressurise workers to work in Holliday or Sunday...higher post like TM .BM 's behaviour are very bad to their fellow workers...

...ork place for every employee. All employees are living just like family members. Salary is very good. Work environment is very good. I am working here from last three years. Some employee involved in politics but they are not effective. You can learn everyday a new lesson. Overall all thing are very good. If you are good then all things will be good.

...re is good but if you're looking for career here not sure that will be worth it. Rest salary on time , no worries about leaves, but promotion and increment are biggest concern, overall Average

No one appreciate you in terms of innovation. They just ask ha tik hai. Rest increment and promotion is bigger concern even your manager said , I did whatever in my hand.

Basically satin is a good working place but some I have to fill badly because of edp & par 1, I just want to. Take some time to close them
