It works all day of a week. There is no National Holiday, like Gandhi Jayanti, Republic Day, Independence Day. It works on Holiday without any proof. It refused to maintain actual Holiday date. The job of employees are not secure. So, it totally not a good platform for work.

...first round asked by recruiters as like self intro, experience, ambition etc. Then after recruiters told about rules and regulations of company, how it works, policies, salary and facilities etc.

Its a very nice culture in my company to help the people those who needed financial help. Insist There is no time in this job for family and friends because of busy schedule like center meetings & collection in first time then cgt and grt and also arrer and od collection in second time. I really want some time to spent with my family and friends and for those peoples who aspecting to help by me.
