1. They deducted salary during covid 2. They forced multiple number of employees to resign during covid. 3. There will not be any personal life after joining this organisation. 4. You will get phone calls from branches and reporting manager till 11:00 5. High degree of politics involved. 6. As a accountant, if you are working any office other than corporate office, you will be allotted very basic work and there is nothing to learn for your future growth.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I have to 10-12 hours straight in day I have to attend field emp calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

it’s a bureaucratic organisation, u have to do buttering for promotion.

When ur salary will cross 30K , the management will pressurised u to resign , the most incompetent company for employee point of view.

Basically satin is a good working place but some I have to fill badly because of edp & par 1, I just want to. Take some time to close them

It works all day of a week. There is no National Holiday, like Gandhi Jayanti, Republic Day, Independence Day. It works on Holiday without any proof. It refused to maintain actual Holiday date. The job of employees are not secure. So, it totally not a good platform for work.
