That's reflected in the benefits and how the management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. Good working environment and culture. Site engineer teammates are very helpful to learn such things and doing a work as a close friends,training is very good to future career growth,work environment is peaceful to work,work life balance is going good

Some teammates are giving pressure to work,job security is not guaranteed, career growth is very slower process, salary is not sufficient to work,daily travel around 70km but not providing allowance
