Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The fact that i could go back home at the end of the day

Dislikes

1. Terrible/almost criminal salary and appraisal 2. Toxic work culture. Medieval ideologies are forced onto you by a senior citizen of a boss. 3. No room for creativity or growth. Micromanaging 4. The rotten cherry on top, the boss's wife comes over. doesn't even work there. but bosses everyone around, making the environment very tense and unprofessional. 5. even if you are 5 minutes late, you get a pay cut for half a day. 6. no leaves allotted regardless of how long you've worked there. pay cuts even if you take an emergency leave. 7. terrible pay. yearly hikes of 1500 rupees.

Salary....but well it is the same in most offices in Bangalore... bangalore package can't be compared with new Delhi Salary package
