Teammates are good, their is no job security, no career growth, firstly their is no particular grades/levels for employees.

No increment in salary, no bonus, it's not good for engineers. Diploma candidates are more enough to work in that company.

This company is good for learning work and growth is average. Politics is common in all companies.work environment is good. Job security is good. In this company I had to learned more work and given amazing training.
