I like nothing about this fraud company which force it's employees to resign at the time of annual increment

...ployees like labor. This is not even legit company as they don't have TN number. They show employees salary something else to government and pay something else. They force employees to resign or reduce their pay at the time of annual increase. They start showing harsh attacks 2 months before the competition of an year in March

Disappointing experience with management I had high hope when I started working with the company, but unfortunately, it has been a deeply frustrating experience. management is disorganized which trickles down to poor system. Promises made during the hiring process, such as growth opportunities and support, have not been fulfilled.

My overall experience is very good, the company believes in the parallel growth of the employee also with the company. SATGURU Technologies provides the equal opportunities to all to be a leader and expert in their respective fields.

The environment is motivating but they can introduce employee of the month type recognition to boost the morale of employee
