Work culture is terrible if anything wrong happen in your work (Money Related) so they will deduct from your salary i paid 35000. On the holiday (Janmastami) i was working no one was in the office except me. Too much work load.

management sucks and specily finance head always giving problems to everyone beacuse satguru is finance base company and they are the ones giving NOC so thats big problme in some branches and other is they force in small mistakes to debit persnol account EXMPLE COMING 10 MIN LATE IN OFFICE ITS PROBLME SOMETIME AND ONE MORE EVEN HOLIYDAYS PUBLIC THEY OPEN THE OFFICE SOME BRANCHES WHERE THERE IS RM

Extremely unprofessional company. They will recruit you and after completing all formalities they will keep you on hold for indefinite period. Ultimately they are not going to allow you to join. The company is here to spoil your future. Don't ever think of joining this company. I don't know why our Govt is giving permission to operate this type of companies.
