... to like this company. It was worst company Don't take joining in this firm. it is not give salary upto 2-3 months and also PF is deducted from your salary account but not give at the end of resignation. After your giving resigning & complete notice period not give any salary of this month's.i am also 3 moths salary and pf is pending.

In satec envir engineering only one things is good shop floor department good.

What can i tell about Satec in this company management is very bad also 2 to 4 months not give salary, after giving resignation and completing the notice period payment not give... I Do not seeing in this type of third class industries.. u requested to all do not join this company

...stable for any project completion but some small fault due to delay all project.and not mentioned the salary and staff expenses amount is not pay time to time so some properties is good with bad.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
