While work life balance, Salary and appraisals may seem less than ideal, the positive aspects of skill development, exposure to working with people from different cultures and easy learning opportunities far outweigh these less positive factors. Once satecion always an satecion.

...afe regarding by job safety concern. The staff and the managers are supportive. Salary and Appraisal both are in right time. Overall I feel Satec is best place to work.

Nice staff but very poor management! No value & recognition of the employees who are with them since long time & delivering for them

...hile on leaves & vacations. Even after doing this; No respect & no recogintion..Salary delays by 2-3 months is a normal practice for every month..it is just like dictatorship of management on poor employees!

In satec envir engineering only one things is good shop floor department good.

What can i tell about Satec in this company management is very bad also 2 to 4 months not give salary, after giving resignation and completing the notice period payment not give... I Do not seeing in this type of third class industries.. u requested to all do not join this company

...stable for any project completion but some small fault due to delay all project.and not mentioned the salary and staff expenses amount is not pay time to time so some properties is good with bad.

This company is not payment schedule time to time follow. And some hr policy does not follow So staff expenses amount is the delay payment.
