The team is great to work with, hours are flexible and when I say that I don't mean that we have to work more than 8 hours a day, on the contrary its often much less than that. The work here is often at the cutting edge of technology so you get to learn a lot and develop your skills. People are friendly, and leaves can be flexible if you are sick.

Dislikes

Once a couple of months we have to get together for team building activity playing silly word or puzzle games with the company employees which I find is a complete waste of time.

Job is not secure, anytime it can be terminated. SATC and Team Scale both are same company and are brokers. They hire people full time (But actually on project bases). They work for non Indian client and once client discontinues., you are fire

they are kind of brokers. you will be told they MNC but they have no benefits likes MNC. Don't get thugged by seeing a foreigner in the interview. he is Israel based businessman. this company is working for the past 8 years. You won't find any employee who is working in SATC for the last 3 years except a few 2 to 3 people in the HR Department and a pantry boy.
