One of the worst organization that I ever saw in my life, full of office politics that will never change in the organization so I highly recommend you don't even start your career from here they pay salaries in cash so you can imagine what kind of fraud they are doing.

Likes

Being a small company, you get to fiddle with a lot of tools as admin user/root which is unimaginable in any MNC/Services company. You get to work with some of the best talented people (at least that was the case during my time).

Dislikes

Management, Offshore Lead, HR (& their policies), Employee benefits, Work-Life balance is terrible. The company survives on a single client and there is absolutely NO potential to work on any other security tool than what you're working on, although higher management tells otherwise. If you can oil higher ups and work like an idiot, you succeed. Although I must say that CEO is excluded from this so called "higher ups", because that guy alone outweighs all the odds.
