The atmosphere at Sasken is amazing. People are friendly and eager to help you out. There is so much positive energy that it makes one want to do something more than what they are paid for. Support from Sasken throughout the lockdown has been fantastic. They planned WFH for all employees(except for IT, FMS, and other essential services which need physical presence) s early as February. The support from senior management has been amazing.

Dislikes

The only downside is the salary, as compared to other competitive companies.

Likes

Professionalism. Company have a great professional attitude towards it's employees. All the processes are really fast and colleagues are very much collaborative even if you never met them.

Dislikes

Salary increments are not good. And requests are not met many a times.

Good pay and appraisal. Takes care of the career development. Systemised way of doing things - Old but good processes and practices Good job security.

This one is minor - For those working on onsite location, the employers should follow the onsite company's rules, leave, remote policy and procedures.
