Exposure of work and opportunities to learn and execute.

Overtime duty was asked to do and that also without pay and even late night to stay or till very early morning so the personal life gets totally hampered.

No Job Security, Salaries are not paid on time. Employees are treated like beggars.. Yeah it seems a good place if you are good at buttering & Bluffing. Employees are not allowed to off on even National Holidays and Festivals. No Ethics or company culture. No Scope of learning new things and no Opportunities for career growth for Hard Workers. Not a Place to work for the people Who are career Oriented, With Passion or Zeal. Not Even basic facilities or amenities provided to the employees

Ample amount of opportunities if one says yes to what so ever comes next. People who like to work outside the box this is the best place to be.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike here only the need for improvement with systematic management and team work is there. I take that also like a challenge of managing things on my own.

Learn lot of things in terms of surface and balance in Indian couture

Working space and growths is terribly bad. Too much unnecessary pressure . I never recommend anyone to join this organization.No respect to the employees.
