Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Not the right place to work - 1. Autocrat Board Members 2. Hypocrite CEO with unrelated work experience 3. No system, No processes - Poor Work Culture 4. Unhumanitarain and Unethical work practices 5. Employees are considered as an asset - Use & Throw 6. Employees are instantly fired without any notice, reason, or discussion 7. Employees are afraid to Board & CEO to an extent that they have accepted slavery and can't raise any point openly as doing so leads to termination

The team is full of very supportive and talented people including the executive director.

  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

It lacks the exposure to be given to talented employees. The company norms have a lots of biasedness towards some employees.
