Location of office is near metro , work place is decent and lift availability at floors .

Dislikes

Office politics , unprofessional behaviour of higher authorities ( manager and md ) , work place has lots of cockroaches , termination without notice and without information , working boundaries are not fixed they can assign any task regardless of designation , unprofessional way of talking specially abuses.

It is one of the worst company I have ever seen in my life. Worked for almost three months but last month's salary and entire petrol expenses (Conveyance expenses) for three months never paid and allegation that sales not happen, since they started their uPVC profile manufacturing just two and half months ago before my joining and they are expecting lot of business, sold almost 40 tons profile in my tenure. After my leaving their another higher official (Sales) got many business from my list of customers/clients followedup for new business. They are not at all ashemed of their actions. Go to hell

Everything disliked, despite my follow up I have'nt received my One month's salary and entire conveyance expenses is approx 200007/- . They should go to hell

Flexible duty time 10 am to 7 pm you can delay if you are in any emergency only two times in a month, paid leave (CL) 18 in a year...

Dislikes

Salary time not fixed, no CTC off roll salary, sometime cash in hand, Manager, and directors behaviors are so rude, no any ethics rules and regulations. No any chance to career growth
