...is Grown in Big level, Company Policies are Good. Very Big Warehouse in Chennai. Appraisal are fair and they give bonus on Diwali & Pongal (50% - 50%)

Everyone Approaches Managing Director and trying to get good name from him, There are 100 plus Employees including Sales and many departments are available in that few of the departments are there's no pressure, Before 2020 company was Really very good afterwards Totally Changed.

One of the worst company ever.! If you work more than 10 years also your salary will be only 30k. Now think guys there is no carrier and financial growth in this company. Worst Management Ever There is No Employee wealth management in this organisation as a employee i request please don't waste your life here. No proper HR Rule whatever they put it as HR rule. In this COVID Situation they asked letter us to write if we get affected company is not responsible!!. If we won't come to office it will be LOP or Termination. Hope now you understood about the management.

Don't join this office if you wish to go forward in life. This place is so depressing. There are much better options outside, they are literally exploiting people

The management here is excellent and friendly, they treat everyone like family and support you through both good and bad times. You'll find it hard to leave once you're part of the team. There are no restrictions on your creativity, and they always appreciate your new initiatives. They won't contact you on weekends or after office hours unless it’s an emergency, and that hasn’t happened to me. This is an outstanding place for freshers.
